Tanya enjoyed a career in operations working for a variety of companies from large international corporations to small tech startups. She was inspired to start Lotus Village when she began helping her daughter, Grace, plan for her future. In addition to charitable work, Tanya also enjoys endurance racing, hiking, photography, cooking, music and travel.
